Tilted sole is a poorly run business. Their customer service is awful. They sold a pair of shoes that I prefer out from under me, after they had already taken my money (twice). When I called the customer service they couldn't do anything for me, not even the supervisors. I will never buy shoes from this store and suggest no one else purchase from them either.
